Shawn Robinson and I met when he made the decision to transfer from TCU. Shawn is a great young man that has battled adversity. We formed a special relationship in the recruiting process because of our shared experiences with early success on the field and the transfer experience. Shawn made the decision to join us at Mizzou and that was where our development and relationship reached new heights. We attacked his personal development, mechanical development, and football IQ full speed. Now, I consider Shawn Robinson to be a brother of mine and look forward to watching him continue to work and grow as a QB to achieve his full potential. I am very proud of the young man he is and the man he is still becoming on and off the field.
