The first thing that is incredibly important for me to mention is that Justin Hoover is Drew Lock’s QB coach and is the one who along with Drew built his foundation and continues to work with him mechanically. I respect Justin so much and believe he is undoubtedly one of the best QB coaches in the country! Drew and I met when Drew was choosing where he wanted to attend college. His and I’s relationship with Trent Dilfer served as a connection that really opened the door to building the relationship we built and maintain today. Drew is one of the most talented QB’s in the world but our relationship really took off on his journey of personal development and in my time coaching QB’s at Mizzou. We dove head first into the why’s behind what he does. We worked on deep inner clarity and having a very deep understanding of the why’s behind what he wants to accomplish as a QB and as a person. Drew is an incredible person and I can’t wait to continue to watch him grow as our relationship continues to blossom.
